Member of Toronto Watercolour Society and Willowdale Group of Arts and the Art Guild of Scarborough and part of the administration team of the Banbury Art Group.

Bill has adopted watercolours as his preferred medium because of its spontaneity, vibrancy and transparency. He has successfully applied watercolour in scenes of not only rural Ontario but places he has visited around the world. His topics of interest range from floral designs, landscapes and architectural type settings.
